Skills are broadly grouped into two categories. These are technical and soft skills.

People learn these skills through education, training, or hands-on experience. They are essential for performing job-specific tasks and responsibilities proficiently.

Examples of Technical Skills:

  • Financial analysis and accounting skills for finance professionals.
  • Graphic design software proficiency for graphic designers.
  • Project management tools and methodologies for project managers.
  1. Soft Skills
